Rainbow nails! ((fun with acrylics))

Hi my lovely lacqueristas (and...I wonder what the masculine is? lacqueristo? you too my friend!) I want to show you some of my herp-derping around with my new acrylic paints. I bought them a couple of weeks ago and have only really used them once or twice and today I was feeling pretty adventurous.

So I thought whoo let's do this! Time for some full on nail 'art' :p

The Hobbit inspired nails!

I'm in love with the works of Tolkien and so what better way for one recently obsessed with nail-art to show it! I used the same primark dark blue as in my Konadicure, a max factor mini nail polish in gold, and konad special polish red.

I'm super happy with how these came out...although don't ask to see pics of the right hand they're horrific! I really need to work on my ambidextrous skills ;)

Konadicure!

This was a really fun one as I'm still so entranced by the intricate designs you can achieve with the konad stamping kit!
I used a primark dark blue polish (I don't think it has a name!) for the base on all the nails and then covered my thumb and accent nail in a coat of  "Hedys Manishma Holographic Nail Polish Space Silver"

Then on all my other nails I used bundle monster plate 203 and stamped with Konad special polish in silver

Then I finished it all with a layer of topcoat and voila. An easy and quick design that is super fun!

Hi! I'm Lauren, I'm 18 and I'm a nail art enthusiast! 

I'm not very good yet and I don't have the biggest collection but I love trying fun and creative things, even if they turn out a bit shit the first time ;)
